Whatever the issue, at almost any location, I can assist you with troubleshooting your technical difficulties. I cover everything from diagnosing software applications, replacing defective hardware, removing and preventing virus infections (trojans / spyware / malware), and much more. Whether you are a home user with one computer or a small business with a multi-user network, I will provide knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service; onsite or through a remote connection. Routine Maintenance & Onsite Support
Routine maintenance packages are available for small businesses and home users as well. When you subscribe to this service I will schedule an appointment to come on site monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly to maintain your network, clean up all workstations, update essential applications, review security threats, and verify your scheduled backups. As a contracted client of this service you also receive free phone support and a discounted rate on all other technical services outside of the maintenance package agreement.
